“Amazing accomodation”

We spent a month at Giovanna's apartment in Materdei and it was absolutely wonderful. From the start, Giovanna was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always attentive to our needs, making us feel at home and available whenever we had questions. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped for a comfortable long stay—cozy, quiet, and safe. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Materdei Metro Station, with supermarkets, local shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, making it a perfect base for exploring Naples while enjoying the authentic vibe of a residential neighborhood. After a whole month, it really felt like a home away from home. We’re very grateful for Giovanna’s hospitality and genuine care, which made our stay even more special. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples, whether for a few days or longer. Thank you, Giovanna, for making our month in Naples unforgettable! We’d love to stay here again. ❤️🇮🇹

“Bene ma con margini di miglioramento”

The location is good, the room is large and well equipped, and the staff is very friendly and super helpful. However, the room is very noisy at night because of poor soundproofing, and it’s quite humid; the air conditioner might be undersized for the room.

Being in Naples, I’d suggest a capsule or pod coffee machine instead of instant coffee.

“Sistemazione ottima!”

Everything is new and adequately equipped. The area is quiet, off the tourist trail but near the metro. Our host was always available to meet our needs, making for a perfect stay. Nothing is wrong; only minor details that could be improved, but they’re just personal preferences.
