We had to book this apartment right after arriving in Naples at 10:00 PM because of unforeseen circumstances. It sits about 2.5 km from the airport, which is a short walk away. The place was very clean, modern, and comfortable; everything was excellent. A very friendly and pleasant guy met us and checked us in quickly. I’d recommend it for late arrivals: it’s close to the airport and in a quiet area, and there’s a bus stop just 100 m away that goes to the city centre, the train station, and the ferry terminal. Highly recommended. Everything is fine.

I paid for the room and got a confirmation, then a few minutes later a WhatsApp message demanded an extra €50. I said no, and they warned that I’d have to cancel and lose my deposit. I refused again, reached out to support, and still haven’t heard back or received a refund. Avoid this place.

The room was nice and clean, and the host was really helpful and answered straight away. The service was immaculate. However, it was hard to locate and tricky to figure out how to get into the apartment. It’s in a noisy area and you can hear the neighbours through the walls.

The host was very nice and helpful—whenever we needed anything, all we had to do was ask in the chat. The room looked very nice and the bed was comfy. We were really nervous about the accommodation before arriving because of recent negative reviews, but it turned out fine—the only extra cost was the city tax that was already stated on Booking. The neighbourhood is also okay; the people there were very nice, especially when they said hi in Italian. Breakfast consisted of pastries like croissants and biscuits (as shown in the pictures I took) and there was also juice and the option to make coffee. I’d appreciate instructions on how to use the coffee maker, though. Oh, and the balcony was absolutely great at night because you can see planes coming from quite close. The host doesn’t speak much English, but we used Google Translate and it was fine. The accommodation is quite far from the centre, which would normally be fine for me, but the Italian public transport doesn’t really adhere to strict schedules, so you could wait for a bus for 40 minutes if it’s late (we used the R5 bus as it was most reliable). The biggest issue was the bathroom. While it looks great at first glance, it has problems that made me rate this place lower. First, there was a sewage smell after each toilet flush. The toilet was also quite loud. Then the shower— the shower head was broken so the stream went in all directions and water leaked under the shower glass because the seal didn’t work properly. Lastly, we could hear a lot of noise around us, like planes outside or people from neighbouring flats.
