“Goede ligging, maar veel meer geluidsoverlast dan verwacht”
The location was great if you want to be in the heart of Bangkok’s buzz, but for us it turned out to be too noisy. The rooms were clean and the bed slept well. Each room had a safe, kettle, air‑conditioning and bathrobes. Unfortunately, the stay at Baan Chart Hotel disappointed us mainly because of the noise. We knew the hotel was in a lively nightlife area, yet the sound pollution was worse than expected. In the evenings there was frequent loud music from live performances on the terrace and also from the bar, and barking dogs added to the din. During the day and even at night, tuk‑tuks rattling down the street caused a lot of noise. On arrival, a deposit of 2,000 baht was also requested.
