The terrace and city view are great, and it’s close to the old centre. There’s no parking nearby, and the breakfast is very light.

What I liked most was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The B&B is very hygienic. You sleep in a very quiet room. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace with a view of the Sassi. It’s within walking distance of the Sassi and the municipal parking. It’s unfortunate that towels cost extra. A higher room price that includes towels seems better. There’s no TV in the room.

The host is friendly and super welcoming. The room is poor and the beds are hard.

The location is spot‑on, right beside the Sassi, and the free parking is within walking distance with always available spots. The breakfast was a bit bland – just coffee, water and one pastry. A touch of fruit or yogurt would have made it nicer. A TV in the room would definitely be appreciated.

The accommodation was very well situated and impeccably clean. Giuseppe was a very warm and helpful person. The Italian breakfast – coffee or tea, water and pastries – on the terrace overlooking Matera was very pleasant. The car service was perfect; Giuseppe’s son helped us find a free parking spot nearby.
