“Good staff and breakfast but rooms need updating”

The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient, and my top‑floor room stayed quiet; the bed was comfortable, the coffee good, and I especially liked the walnuts I could add to my yogurt at breakfast. On the downside, the bathroom clearly needed an update and wasn’t cleaned properly—there was visible grime on the floor. The surrounding area is packed with shops and restaurants, which is great for some but I personally prefer a quieter spot over convenience.
