“J’y retourne avec les yeux fermés. Et le recommande à tous mes amis”
The reception was very warm. The location has a lot of charm and character. It was very clean. The homemade breakfast was of high quality and generous. The owner was very friendly. The establishment is highly recommended.
“Un angolo di tipicitá montana”
The B&B is truly wonderful, meticulously detailed, very modern yet with a retro touch close to the mountain style. It’s tidy, clean, and a real example of the owners’ care and dedication. Breakfast is excellent, sweet and savory, all homemade or local. Ilaria is a superb host. Nothing to add.
“A beautiful family-run B&B in the heart of Valle d'Aosta”
Maison de la Montagne was a highlight of our trip to Italy. Our hosts, Ilaria and her family, made us feel so welcome and we very much hope to return one day. Our room was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The entire B&B was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated in a style that captures the natural beauty of the area. We enjoyed Ilaria's abundant, homemade breakfast every morning. The quaint village of Arvier was fun to explore by foot. Courmayeur/Monte Bianco's Skyway are a 30 min drive; Aosta is 20 min away. Both have an abundance of shops and restaurants, although we enjoyed staying in Arvier for dinner several nights. Several smaller valleys that lead to Gran Paradiso are under 1 hour by car. Ilaria is a native of the area and will give you great advice on where to go and what to do, depending on your interests. We were there to hike, and we will never forget the stunning beauty we discovered in Valle d'Aosta thanks to Ilaria. Car parking is free and very close to the B&B. We highly recommend Maison de la Montagne!. Not staying longer!
“Ottimo soggiorno”
The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was exceptional with homemade items (the muffins were really great). I really appreciated that the shower products were not single‑use and that there was no plastic in the property. Ilaria was very kind and helpful. 10/10!
“Perfetto”
Warm welcome, cleanliness, and availability! Everything was perfect!
