“There are better options nearby at similar price.”

The receptionist forced me to cancel my booking so she could offer a small cash discount, effectively taking their share. That’s dishonest, manipulative, and undermines the system.

“Excellent base for exploring the city centre”

The central location is excellent, and the facilities were just right for my needs—a solid base for exploring the city. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom decent, all at a reasonable price for the area.
