We spent two nights in the apartment during winter. It was very cozy and warm, located in a very quiet spot. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean and nice. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within 10 minutes by car. A small ski trail in Balbeno is also 10 minutes by car, and many great ski spots are 30–60 minutes away. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the contactless check‑in and check‑out were effortless. I recommend this place.

The room was cozy and nicely furnished, and we found all the breakfast essentials we needed. Tiziano was extremely friendly, giving us a wealth of useful information and going above and beyond. Everything else was fine.
