“Great location poor facilities”

The location is the best thing about this place. There was no one at reception when I arrived at the inn on Ursuline, so I had to go to another hotel. The facilities in the room were poor; the sink and shower only had the bare minimum of water, making it hard to brush teeth. The air conditioner leaked onto the floor all the time and a broken floor board was also dangerous.

The central location is great for venues, restaurants and activities. It could use a refrigerator.

“I had fun, it was my 20th wedding anniversary and my first trip to New Orleans, I’ll definitely be back”

It was cozy and very comfortable for the price. The staff went above and beyond when we arrived, but we couldn’t get into the building or our room. After the first day of exploring, we came back to our room that night and a huge rat ran right in front of us, from the door to under the lattice work. It would also be really nice to have a mini fridge so we can keep drinks cold that we buy and food good so we don’t waste it.

“Quaint & Simple. Perfect for us.”

The location was great. A short 5-10 minute walk from everything, but far enough away for peace and quiet. It felt quaint and perfect for a couple on a weekend getaway. I think we may have been the only ones there, which made it feel like our own personal hotel. The only downside was the shower was extremely small, like a phone booth, but honestly it didn’t bother me too much since we were only there for a couple of nights. Not for those who demand a ton of amenities, but that’s not us. We found the simplicity charming. It wouldn’t keep me from staying there again. We’ll definitely stay there again.

I loved how close it was to our walking destinations. The beds were very comfortable after a long day of walking around New Orleans.
