The location and service were excellent, but during this recent stay the air‑conditioning didn’t work, there was still trash from the previous guest, and a carpet in the corner of the wall was extremely dirty.

The accommodation matched the website description, night‑time service was handled very well, and every time I reached out via WhatsApp I got a quick reply; the environment was clean with well‑organized bedding. The breakfast had slightly dry bread and cakes and overly ripe fruit; when I arrived I needed a bottle of water but none was available for purchase. Some air‑conditioning condensers made noise, and the shower didn’t heat up. Nonetheless, the staff at breakfast were excellent.

“Experiência péssima”

There was no identification of the lodge in front. When I booked, I was asked to pay half the rate upfront, which wasn’t mentioned on the booking site. When I paid the remaining half on the day of arrival, the receptionist tried to charge a rate increase; I had to argue that this was incorrect before he backed down. The place claims to have parking, but it was occupied by other items and we had to leave our car on the street. The receptionist was quite rude when I asked about this. I do not recommend this place.
