The hospitality was outstanding. This trip’s hotel was the best. Whenever we had a problem, the staff listened and solved it with genuine care. I’d love to return to the Nuwara area to stay in this pleasant hotel again.

A lovely cottage‑style house with a spacious lounge on the ground floor and a cozy upstairs. Our room was huge and comfortable, with plenty of blankets for the night and hot water in the bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and served tea and biscuits after a cold arrival. Breakfast was also tasty, and they arranged a TukTuk to Nanu Oya station for us. Overall, the best stay in Sri Lanka’s highlands. The town center is about a 15‑minute walk over several unlit, heavily trafficked streets.

Thank you for a beautiful stay. The rooms were nice and large, with a communal living area. Breakfast was delicious. The hosts were incredibly helpful with local tips and ideas. Don’t miss a drive to Blackpool Coffee if you’re into coffee.

The stay was very pleasant. The house is beautiful and the room is comfortable, spacious, with a great bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and complete. It’s a bit away from the “more central” area, especially for night trips to the accommodation, but if you move by rented tuk‑tuk as in most places you get there quickly; we did that and I think it’s worth it.

The place is magical. Surrounded by a garden and many plants with a cozy corner. It’s close to the city by foot and also to the lake via Victoria Park. The room is very spacious and clean. Great value for the price. The hot water flows very well.
