The room was a mess: dust everywhere, stained sheets and towels, a broken blind that wouldn’t open, and the window itself was filthy. On top of that, it was noisy, with cleaners banging on the walls all night.

The toilet was a nightmare—always clogged, filthy, and the towels and sheets were stained. When I complained, the staff didn’t help at all, and the windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out.
