The staff here were super responsive, which was great.
This hotel is literally right by the rink and airport, which was super convenient for us.
The breakfast was also really good, plenty of options and it was all pretty varied.

I only stayed one night because I had to travel the next day, but overall it was a good experience. The hotel’s proximity to the airport made everything easier. The staff were friendly, my room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was a bit basic, and a bit more variety would be nice. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it, especially for a short stay near the airport.
The spot was spot on – we could stroll to Fairview Mall and a bunch of bars and restaurants. The team was friendly and breakfast came free.

For a 4‑star hotel it was very underwhelming; during our trip across Canada we met many 3‑star hotels that were noticeably better. We had a room on the first floor, there was no elevator. The smell in the room was so intense that we had to buy a room spray. The outdated furnishings and equipment were disappointing. Breakfast service was terrible; guests were left to fend for themselves, tables were not cleared, and the breakfast selection was often out of stock. The lady was preoccupied with herself. The reception desk was notably unfriendly.
