It might be the only hotel in China that displays Non‑Halal tags on the food served at breakfast, which is good for Muslims.

The facilities were generally good, but the four elevators near my room were poorly designed; pressing the button for my floor sometimes caused the elevator to skip me and go down without stopping. The room AC was hard to control – when it was cold we tried to raise the temperature, the unit would shut off, and we struggled to turn it back on. I asked the chambermaids for help twice to fix it.
