“Good location, large room, with plenty of space to spread out.”
The hotel was in a good location for exploring the area and there were many places to eat. At check‑in the staff were really helpful. However, the kitchen facilities were disappointing: minimally equipped, no bowls, a kitchen sponge left by previous guests (I wondered if they cleaned their shoes with it), no tea towel, no cutting utensils, only 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 plates, and nothing else. When we arrived the coffee cups displayed were dirty and needed washing. Some days we received new towels, sometimes none, and bathmats were random. The bathroom was tiny, and it was impossible to use the toilet paper holder while on the toilet. As soon as you stepped outside the room, the smell of cigarette smoke hit you.
