Breakfast was huge, the pancakes were excellent, and everyone was charming, attentive, and professional. The spa’s exfoliation and massage was a great experience, especially at the end of the stay—thanks to those ladies for that wonderful moment.

Excellent facility, especially for its location—super central.

The staff were very respectful and helpful. The central location and great nights’ sleep were a plus, even though the room overlooked the medina. It was quiet after midnight. The spa massage therapist Zahira was amazing (I run a spa, so my expectations were high). There were plenty of local souks nearby and great rooftop dining. The room felt a bit worn but was spotless; there was no full-length mirror—just a small oversink. Overall, very few complaints.
