“Fantastic value, beautiful place to stay”

Staying in Altamura at this spot felt like a welcome pause on our Via Peuceta trek; the hosts were super communicative before arrival and let us check in early. They greeted us warmly, walked us through the place, and the apartment itself was gorgeous, safe, spotless, and right in the center. It’s fully equipped with a full kitchen, strong air‑conditioning, a washing machine, and they even offered us a dryer that we gladly used. Petra and her partner were delightful and genuinely friendly, making us feel like family. They shared great local tips and even invited us to join them and some friends for a drink one night. The décor featured beautiful artwork painted by Petra herself. Breakfast vouchers could be redeemed at a few charming nearby cafés for coffee and pastry, which was perfect for us. I can’t recommend this place enough! No complaints.

Petra’s kindness and friendliness are fantastic; she welcomed us and acted as our guide. The breakfast is at a bar 50 m from the property and is delicious. The building is in a ZTL, so you can’t reach it by car, but it’s positioned so that you can easily visit the main sites.

“Altamura is a gem with a real Italian experience not overwhelmed with tourist.and not over”

Petra, the welcoming owner, went above and beyond to be helpful. The location in the old town was excellent; the kitchenette was well stocked, coffee was provided in the room, and breakfast was included. I highly recommend this rental.
