The place is beautiful and the staff were friendly, but that’s where the positives end. The value for money leaves a lot to be desired: everything seems designed to charge you more for less—small portions, high prices, and an experience that doesn’t justify the cost. The food was disappointing: the granola with fruit and yogurt had fruit sliced so thin it felt like an economics lesson to stretch every last piece; the hummus came with so much bread I wondered whether I’d ordered hummus or a bread tasting. Massage prices are hard to justify, and the yoga class was far too basic for what they charge. What should feel like a special experience ends up feeling like a collection of extra charges. I don’t mind paying a lot when something is worth it; what bothers me is the sense that the goal is to squeeze every peso out of you.

The facilities are very pretty and comfortable, and the staff are very attentive at all times. But the place is far from the point, and the shower had a leak that, even after being reported and inspected, never got fixed and made a lot of noise.
