The hotel was simple, nothing special, but the room was tidy and had everything you need; free drinking water in the hallways was a nice touch and the price was good for a couple of nights. The location was great—close to the waterfront and Gaya Street—and very central, though the street and nearby area weren’t the cleanest and there wasn’t much space for luggage.

The bathroom, location, water station, and staff who tried to satisfy us were positives, but the lack of cleanliness was a problem: the double curtains were dusty, papers stayed on the floor for days, there was dust on the floor, toilet paper was repeatedly missing, sheets were stained, the shower head and door leaked, windows didn’t close fully, there was no fridge, and there wasn’t an electrical outlet for each bed.

The hotel was close to restaurants and other attractions, so you could walk around.

The location was strategic and very close to everything, and it’s a budget hotel so that’s expected; the staff were friendly and overall it was good. The room’s cleanliness could still improve: there were a couple of stains on the sheet, a bit of dust under the table and on the floor, the toilet was fine, and the TV was a bit hard to use because it’s old. I’m not complaining too much since it’s a budget place, but others might want everything perfect.
