The pool and its surroundings were nice, but I had to put a deposit for pool towels, go to the spa to get them, then return them to get my deposit back, which was such a hassle; the food could have been better.

The hotel is in a great spot, looks brand new, staff were very helpful and polite, we paid to extend check‑out because of bad weather and it went smoothly, overall vibe was very positive, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to Old Town Nessebar, the rooms offered an amazing sea view. The bed was ultra‑soft, which was an issue for one‑third of our family, food choices were very limited, desserts were okay, and the parking access was not clear on any site or map.

The food was very good, the hotel was renovated, rooms were nice and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, only the water in the indoor pools was colder than before, the location was perfect, a short walk to the old town.

I’m back for a second time and everything was great again! The location is superb, the 10 bus stop to Old Town Nessebar, to Burgas and to the airport is right across the building, the staff is friendly, especially the warm hotel manager, the meals were good, I loved the variety of eggs at breakfast, food was constantly restocked so you never go hungry, the self‑service area always had hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks, the terrace offered a beautiful sea view, after season (in October) the stay is very pleasant with little noise, the outdoor pool, indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice, you could book a massage, and the cleaning ladies were very courteous and polite. The drinks were a bit too sweet for me, and in the self‑service area it would be good to have tea bags, because the espresso machine offered coffee, chocolate and boiling water but no tea bags nearby.
