The location was fine, but the staff were rude and the rooms had mold and bugs.

The breakfast was good and the room was spacious, but an Indian staff member was a bit rude; he refused to use the lift from parking, claimed he couldn’t speak Malay, and then told my elderly mother to use the staircase to reach the 12th‑floor room.
