The price was a real bargain, the location was spot‑on, the rooms were spacious and private. The bathrooms could use a makeover, the puddles need fixing and the plumbing feels rough.

I liked the location and the staff were great, the room was clean and smelled nice. However, room 13 was noisy—any room with a street window probably feels the same. We woke at 7 am to traffic, horns, music, even conversations; the air‑conditioner only ventilated, and the curtain didn’t block the light. Rest was impossible. Maybe rooms deeper inside the hotel would be better. It was a disappointing experience; I’d request a room away from the street.
