“Great hotel in a great area of Charlotte”

The recent refurbishment made the hotel bright and welcoming, with great staff and excellent housekeeping. The breakfast offered more options than many others. The hotel sits in an upscale area, but unless you know exactly where to go, getting there is tough; the GPS mistakenly points to the opposite side of the street, and with two access roads you need to be an experienced traveler to arrive easily.
