The location is great. Late‑night guests who don’t respect others and think they’re at home are noisy at 11 pm and leave lights on.

Only the location was fine. The door in the “Náutica” bedroom is unacceptable—there’s a big gap between the door and the frame near the lock, letting light from the corridor pour in and letting people see through it, which is a serious privacy issue. Sleeping under those conditions was awful. I asked for a late check‑out and got only 30 extra minutes, yet at 11:00 a.m. a staff member knocked on my door telling me to leave. I had to explain in English that I’d been granted a late check‑out until 11:30 a.m., showing a clear communication breakdown between management and staff. The staff member didn’t speak Portuguese, even though the accommodation is in Portugal. Overall, the lack of privacy and the poor check‑out communication made the stay very disappointing.
