“Good”
The hotel is very close to Wembley and the staff were helpful. The bathroom was tight.

The location is good. The rooms are outdated and need refurbishment. The TV is small with bad reception, and the bathroom… not even worth mentioning.

I booked two rooms for four people for a girls’ night away at £270, but when we checked in the front‑desk lady suggested we combine them into a family room, which we accepted and thought was great service. She said there was no price difference, yet when I later checked the family room rate for a Saturday night it was £89. I still haven’t received a refund for the extra charge, so the hotel effectively ripped us off by pretending it was a good deal; be careful when booking here.

The bed was terrible and the bathroom could not have been worse; the room itself was terrible, nothing positive.

The hotel had easy access, but the small bathroom felt cramped and breakfast was not included.
