Among all the hotels I have stayed at in Korea so far, the front desk service here has been the best and most professional—especially that of the female staff member. We were able to smoothly switch to a quieter twin room

Very close for what I needed as I was visiting but near local shops, underground and attractions like lotte tower and the malls and Olympic park too I liked that I got water , juice and coffee. A fridge was good and the bathroom had lovely shampoo etc . Bathrobes and slippers provided and clean towels every day thank you!. Nothing , it was great

Very convenient location, clean and spacious room, and quiet. I slept very well. The staff were also very kind and trustworthy; I accidentally left my passport after checking in and they brought it to my room. I chose the hotel for its proximity to Suseo since I was catching a train the next day, and it was very easy and fast to get there.

The hotel is in a great spot, just near the Koreatown station, which made it easy to get around.

I only stayed here for one night, but it was convenient being close to the station. However, the bathtub had some issues - the water didn't drain well and ended up overflowing from the drain outside the tub, so I didn't end up using it. The bathroom lighting was also pretty dim, which was a bit of a hassle.
