The receptionist was horrible and rude. She was not available to desk. She knew we were there and she told us to wait. The interaction was very rude. Acted like I was bothering her. She seemed very angry and very short with me. All I did was give her my name and I spelled it and she says I know and she said well you booked with bookings.com so I have to charge you for some unknown expenses. I left, wondering what just happened. Never met somebody so rude when showing up for a room
