The reception service was good, but the room is next to a bar with loud music, not sound‑proof, so it was very noisy and hard to sleep.

The rooms were great, staff were exceptional. Location is good, close to restaurants, pubs, shops and beach. The pool area needs a refurb. There is a nightclub across the road, and the music starts at about 9.00 pm and doesn't stop until 6.00 am. If you are into the clubbing scene, then this is your hotel; however, if you want to relax/sleep at night, then I would look for other accommodation. We had planned to stay 10 nights, but we only lasted 5. When we discussed the noise with the management, they gave us a full refund for the remaining nights
