We were really looking forward to our girls' trip, and the hotel delivered on the location and views - our double king room had an amazing ocean view. However, the check-in process was a bit of a letdown, as the staff seemed dismissive of the concierge's recommendations and didn't communicate with each other, which was frustrating.

This hotel is a real gem, with stunning ocean views from almost every angle. The property is well-maintained and looks like it's been recently renovated. We didn't have any complaints during our stay.

We were really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub with a beautiful ocean view, but unfortunately, it was closed the entire time we were there. We were told it opened at 9 am, but when we went down to check, it was covered in a net and never opened. We were really disappointed, as the hot tub was the main reason we booked the hotel.
