The receptionist was rude, cutting off my water and electricity after I paid and checked in as the sole guest, leaving me in darkness with only a rechargeable lamp; the next day he insulted me when I asked why, knowing the cameras were off, and then arranged a very expensive motorbike ride to a place where I could get a taxi because the location was terrible and the road was barely passable. The place was a joke, full of vermin, and I will never return. The lies, deception, lack of service, and the nastiness of the junior caretaker were appalling.

Nothing RUDE RECEPTIONIST CALLED JUNIOR CUT OFF MY ELECTRICITY AND WATER SUPPLY AFTER I HAD FULLY PAID AND CHECKED IN AS I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE WHOLE PLACE THE NEXT DAY AND DIASAPPEARD. WHEN I FINALLY FOUND HIM UPON DEPARTURE AND ASKED WHY HE RAINED FILTHY INSULTS. HE FINALLY CALLED AN EQUALLY RPUGH MOTORBIKE TO GET ME OUT OF THEIR IN THER RAIN AS THIER ROAD WAS LONG BAD AND REALLY INACCESSIBLE ASIDE THE LIES THEY HAVE PUT HERE. IT'S BEEN WEEK AND I HAVEN'T FORGOTTEN THE NASTY EXPERIENCE JUNIOR METED OUT. There was no breakfast. The house boy, who also acted as housekeeper, had a stinking attitude and was a thieving, crafty rat. He told me to cancel my reservation while demanding more money for the same booking, calling the app a middleman. The location was horrible, and after I paid extra, he cut off water and electricity. When I mentioned it, he told me to “get out” among other insults, refused to give me a receipt, and I have a video of him taking my money. On departure, in the rain, he hurled insults at me for asking why I had spent the whole day in heat with no water to bathe. He was a thief full of lies from the start.
