Arrived and were given a room different from the one booked; only noticed after the third night and they switched it again, but they ignored the complaint and gave no discount. Several receptionists were incompetent, rooms need more maintenance—dirty paint, broken showers, clogged drains, faulty lights. Breakfast was poor, and the sun loungers were all broken.

The staff simply couldn’t handle our requests or complaints; a party inside the hotel blared music so loudly it kept us up until about one in the morning, and when we called reception at night they shrugged it off with “after all, it’s summer,” which felt completely disrespectful for a legitimate grievance. We’d paid roughly 1,000 euros for two nights and expected far better service and a professional response to guest issues. The buffet breakfast was also a disappointment, offering a very limited selection with no labeling of the foods, so even the filled croissants required a bite to discover the filling—problematic for anyone with allergies or intolerances. Overall, both the service quality and the experience fell far short of what one would reasonably expect at this price point.
