Great view from the balcony.
The view from the balcony was fantastic! The tiny town was quiet, and the beach was a 10‑minute walk or a 2‑minute drive away. The owner was very friendly. Parking was under the house, the driveway was steep, but that didn’t bother us. I don’t regret choosing this place at all—definitely would go back. Even though there were minor shortcomings, they didn’t matter because the setting, climate, and overall experience made me miss it already. I’ve been to hundreds of spots in the Balkans under various conditions, and none compare to this one. My wife even said I, usually very critical, barely complained 😁. The place radiates positive energy 🙂. We’ll probably break our rule of never staying twice in the same spot next year. The only real issue was the pillows, which were terribly uncomfortable (though that was more the family’s opinion than mine, yet they were indeed uncomfortable). That’s the only comment we have. I give it a 10 because I believe the owner will fix this, and even without that I’d still give it a 10. It’s a shame there’s no washing machine, but we knew that when we booked and accepted it.
The lady was lovely. The location is superb—quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The beach is close, with beautiful views and warm water. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, spacious apartment, close to the beach, and the hosts were kind and courteous.
The sea view is relaxing and beautiful. In the evening on the terrace you could enjoy the surrounding quiet. The house sits in a very calm area with other houses and apartments. The beach is reachable on foot in 10 minutes or by car in 2 minutes. It’s a equipped beach but not chaotic: it has a shower, a changing cabin, a beach bar‑restaurant, and a rental of sunbeds and umbrellas. Nearby there’s a small market, and I recommend the Bistrò Ravni restaurant close by: the waiters are friendly, the food is great, and the prices are reasonable. Labin is the nearest town, 20 minutes by car, and it’s lovely to visit the old part. Besides the nearby beach, we also enjoyed the various coves accessible by car in a maximum of 20 minutes.
