How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff was great. I had a problem with the AC not working correctly, but the staff did an amazing job trying to fix it, and the GM onsite was more than helpful despite limited time.

The place was spotless, but the upstairs was noisy from early morning to late night with people stomping around.

Breakfast was tasty, yet I got locked out of my room because they had just updated the system.

Everything was fine overall, but I was first charged 160 by the booking site and then 260 at the hotel.

Everything else was great, but the breakfast felt like a #7—more or different options were needed, the coffee was cold twice, and they left the breakfast area open for a while to accommodate late arrivals.
