Very helpful and polite staff, even with the language barrier things were handled quickly and respectfully; the guests‑only lounge area was a big plus. No natural light comes through the windows, but that isn’t really a huge issue.

The room is spacious, the beds are pretty comfy, good value. Check‑in was standard, the staff were somewhat rude, the location is convenient but close to bars/clubs, not ideal for young kids.

The hotel is well‑located and quite calm compared to the busy Namba area, the bed is very very big. The lounge with drinks and snacks is appreciated, as is the small terrace. The room lacks a few shelves or places to store clothes or items taken out of the suitcase.
