The location is pretty good—still isolated but close to the beach and the market area. The breakfast area was a bit far.

Service was awful. How can this be a 5 star resort. At morning 5: 00 am, we needed to call room service to start water. Water started at 6 am and we missed sunrise. Breakfast hall had no ac. Later there was no electricity and water in room at 10 in morning again. Front desk manager and duty manager who were completely useless. Phone lines were not working in morning so we had to make 4 trip to reception and back to rooms just to get basic necessities. I seriously have never had any bad experience at mariott or Radisson ever but I now know for sure to never visit any FERN hotel or resort

The spot is great, but the management left a lot to be desired.

Everything was packed; the bathroom looked dull and dirty, housekeeping was subpar, the restaurant was far away and hard for elders to reach, and there were no proper buggy arrangements.

The place is pretty nice, right next to the beach and a food zone, with friendly staff, especially Samir who takes care of the pool, and they offer a tee‑time every afternoon. The room 406 was perfect except for the smell that rises in the shower and the fridge that doesn’t cool much. There was no spot to lie by the pool—just a few chairs and no lounge chairs. The staff weren’t at fault, but the clientele weren’t very friendly; they struggled to respond to our greetings.
