The location was fine, but the room was filthy, the carpet shabby and grimy, walls marked everywhere, windows not double‑glazed, the bed had hair in it, pillows were flat, and the whole bed was uncomfortable. Staff didn’t even tell us where our room was, so we had to find it ourselves, and the corridors smelled like cigarettes.

From the start, we were handed a room with a broken TV, then moved to another room where the TV worked initially but the Wi‑Fi stopped before the TV stopped too. The carpet was filthy. Our package promised a breakfast buffet, but we only received a plate of food, which included almost raw sausages. The juice, milk, and bread all had flies on them. I would never recommend this place; while it was cheap and you get what you pay for, the fact that advertised facilities like Wi‑Fi and TV were not available was a major let‑down.

Filthy room. Cooked breakfast was reheated. Scrambled eggs were grey. Continental breakfast was cereal and toast £22 for 1 of each was extortionate. Hated everything
