I only noticed the construction noise around the building, but otherwise everything was fine.

The photos were misleading; the building looked unfinished with support beams everywhere. When I entered the floor, the floor was filthy, the kitchen was unusable, and the stairs were littered with cigarette butts. The doorman never handed me the keys, and the area was crowded with homeless people.
