The stay was exceptional – we loved everything from the charm of the buildings and the kindness of our host to the comfort of the room and the peacefulness of the place; absolutely nothing to criticize. We recommend the Moulin de Chareau with our eyes closed and almost want to revisit the Loire castles just to spend another stay there! Thank you again for the warm welcome in this magical setting.

In a green setting, we were greeted by Frédéric, who was very attentive, knows how to make guests feel at ease, and is available for any information. We had a short but very pleasant weekend at this lovely place and will definitely return.

The newly renovated pool is beautiful. The building has history and charm, and the room is very spacious. Cleaning could be better, and the stairs are uncomfortable for reaching the rooms.

Everything was perfect: the welcome (thanks again), the fact that we were alone lol, breakfast made at the base of the mill, the green peaceful surroundings, access to the pond, the chance to sit in the evening to watch the donkeys and see bats flying over the pond, the spacious room with everything needed to relax (desk, chairs, sofa, coffee table), the kitchen area in the other building kindly lent to us with a foosball table, the cute little cat that came to be petted, and the nearby castles to visit. Nothing negative, just didn’t want to leave and wished we could stay longer!
