After four days of cold hikes, we stayed two nights and never left the terrain; the area is amazing, the food is amazing, and the walls to the waterfalls are great. Our “tent” itself was luxury in the forest at its best. Salento is a really nice village, and although many people avoided it because of the earthquake, you should go here—you won’t miss it and you won’t notice anything from the quake.

The structure is wonderful, immersed in nature, perfect for resting and being carried only by the sounds and colors that characterize the Cocora valley. The staff is super helpful, they assisted us in arranging any activity with transport. I would reconsider the food offering: it mainly serves plant‑based dishes, which I really appreciated, but I would have liked to see traditional dishes as well, rather than just pasta and pizza which are on the menu.

Everything was as expected: the view, the location in nature and close to the valley, the breakfast, the beds. Nothing negative to report. Unfortunately, Avianca cancelled our flight, so we could only stay 2 instead of 3 nights, and we left with regret.

What I liked most was the location and the sense of security. I didn’t like the treatment upon arrival by Ms. Carolina; every question I asked was difficult for her to explain. The rest of the staff were very friendly, close, and always willing to help.
