“Easy, relaxing and wonderful location”

The spot was perfect, the hotel was amazing and the staff were lovely, especially Vivek behind the bar who was very good and made sure we were looked after; they even went the extra mile with breakfast by taking requests for the next day and acting on them. Nothing really, GOA in general is not the easiest for getting taxis so if the hotel could arrange taxis for guests that would be useful; Goa miles were work and quote us 200 rupees but then the local ones would quote the same journey for over a thousand rupees. Goa miles is good but not the easiest to work as a non Indian tourist.

Clean rooms and a very comfortable stay; great ambiance with a wonderful swimming pool; spacious rooms and excellent location. Staff was polite, friendly, and very helpful; quick check‑in and great customer service. Delicious breakfast with a great variety. Nothing at all, everything was great! If you faced minor issues: room service was a bit slow, breakfast options could be better, WiFi connection was a bit weak in the room.

“Excellent place to stay nearby beach, without any worries :)”

Breakfast was great with a lot of variety; they provided baby food from live the counters as well. Complimentary baby meal (dal khichadi) and milk was an add‑on, our baby loved it! Play area and baby cot also kept the baby entertained. The room had a bit of musty smell when we checked‑in; it subdued over the next few days, but our room change request was not fulfilled.

“Discrepancy in dinner charges and subpar customer service”

Location. Upon check‑in, I was told that dinner, if included in the package, would be an additional Rs. 1500 per room. At checkout, I was told that the dinner package had not been selected, and the charge would now be Rs. 1500 per person. Had I known this, I would not have opted for dinner at your establishment, especially given its unsatisfactory quality. The staff (Mr. Vaibhav) said they were unable to resolve the discrepancy, which I find highly improbable. A 20% discount was eventually offered, but it falls significantly short of the initial promise. This entire experience has left me questioning the standards of your customer service.

The location of the property was very central. The food at the property and in room dining service was overall a disappointment
