The room was lovely, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The hotel’s location was brilliant, close to the beach and shops, and there were no issues at all.

The location was excellent. We had a spacious bedroom with a seating area in a bay window offering a partial sea view, and a green space in front of the building. The breakfast room served a full English breakfast or a continental option in a pleasant setting, and tea/coffee were available in the room.

The location was good, and the room was large and spacious. The girl who welcomed us kindly helped us carry our luggage up the stairs because there was no elevator. I didn’t like that we were given a basement room; the only window was a door‑window overlooking a noisy machinery room. We had to keep the door‑window open to ventilate, fearing someone might come through the external stairs. At night we had to close it, resulting in little light and poor airflow.
