The place sits in a good spot, right next to the airport and the shopping mall, and the bus to Citta Alta is handy. The airport shuttle is excellent, and overall everything is fine.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was fantastic, but the location is terrible for walking—it's surrounded by construction sites and covered parking. The shuttle schedule is too narrow, and a taxi 900 m away costs at least €16, while a water bottle is €3.50 and a Coca‑Cola is €5.50, which is absurdly high.

The international style gives a sense that any hiccup would be solved immediately, and Lostaff is friendly and very professional. The breakfast is great, and everything else is fine. It’s an executive hotel, not a boutique one, but that’s exactly what I wanted.
