We loved the room—it was stylish, comfy, and spotless. The hotel’s terrace was gorgeous, with plenty of seating spots, and it sits right in the heart of the beach area. When we arrived, they told us we’d get a jacuzzi room, but that never happened. Breakfast was limited to a three‑course menu with few options, and even the cappuccino wasn’t included.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable. It’s gorgeous, with stunning design, well‑kept gardens, and plenty of staff ready to help whenever needed. The only downside was that we paid extra for a hot tub that didn’t work properly; the water was too cold.

The AC didn’t work, the shower was broken, there was no hot water, no music, no bars, and many areas inside the hotel were closed—an awful experience. Don’t go there; everything was bad!
