The place was extremely dirty.
It was cozy, and the landlord was very understanding and accommodating.
The keysafe was empty when I arrived, and I couldn't reach the host, so I waited in the rain for him to call back. Eventually I gave up, cancelled my weekend plans, and went home. The host did call back later, but I was halfway home by then. I should have seen the red flags: the host took several days to respond to a late check‑in request and didn't give the full address or keysafe code until I chased on the day. Parking was very difficult; I had to park half a mile away.
“Great location for where we were going. Clean room and bedding. Take your own coffee/milk if needed, I couldn’t find”
The owner kindly let us check in early for a festival we were attending, and everything else was fine.
