Close to the Vatican, the A metro line and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was a little close to the entrance, so the back‑and‑forth movements made noise because of the front door. The bed was comfortable but squeaked.

The location was great and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean but still “work in progress”. The bathroom was very large but unfortunately split into two areas by a wooden wall, which the writer found useless and anti‑aesthetic, making it hard to use the bidet and unnecessarily narrowing the space.

I liked the location. I didn’t like that they didn’t make it clear it wasn’t a hotel. I also didn’t like that we were scheduled to check out with the manager at 11:30 and when we arrived at the room at 11:15 our bags were already in the hallway and the room was being cleaned. That felt disrespectful; it’s improper to touch guests’ belongings and remove them without consent.

The location is optimal for Rome’s centre and the Vatican, the room was clean and had a mini‑fridge, and in the area all services are available (metro, bars, restaurants, supermarkets). A special mention to the owner who was very kind, offering advice and accommodating our needs. In a future stay in Rome we’ll definitely come back here.

The rooms belong to a company that isn’t a hotel but offers a similar service. It seems there are two buildings; I stayed in the one closest to the Vatican. Both areas are unbeatable, a good neighbourhood with plenty of nearby options and well connected, yet quiet at night for rest. The room is small but adequate. They clean every day (and do a good job, everything is clean), and every two days they change towels and sheets. There is no front desk, but the host is always reachable by phone and WhatsApp. On arrival they also give a small guide with valuable recommendations beyond the usual sites Google and tourist sites suggest. They also offer airport transfer at a very good price. The price is very good. It wasn’t the cheapest I found, but far from the most expensive. If I return to Rome, I’ll stay here again.
