How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The beach was great and everything stayed clean, but a few street tiles and the entertainment arena needed some upkeep. The staff were friendly and the rooms were kept tidy daily. Breakfast was tasty. The on‑site supermarket was small, and the campsite restaurant was a bit pricey compared to nearby eateries, but that’s the comfort you pay for.

The lower area and the whole complex were well maintained and nicely situated, with plenty of space. Since we were there outside of the “season,” the breakfast cost 14,- per person, which I found a bit expensive for the limited selection (mini rolls, croissants, muesli, a few sausages, cheese, jam). The range was narrow. The minimum necessities were there, but small things like a bar or two rolls of toilet paper were missing, and the bed for two adults felt quite small. It would help to mention these details in the description; otherwise there’s nothing else to complain about. Minor issues you can manage on your own.

The view from the bungalow facing the beach was lovely. The downside was the lack of a small kitchen to prepare meals.

The reception staff need urgent replacement; they’re all unreliable and lack competence and courtesy. Their arrogance is extreme, and the lack of basic hospitality ruins the entire effort put into the complex. I’m writing this so future guests know what to expect. You’ll have to bring your own sheets, towels, and everything else because the room comes with a bare bed, no towels in the bathroom, and the reception staff will not only ask you to pay but also act arrogantly and poorly. The restaurant is disappointing as well. The only redeeming factor is the on‑site supermarket for essentials and the nearby beach. I would not recommend this place until management changes and hires people who understand how to attract and treat customers properly. You’ll be paying for insults here. That’s how I’d describe this complex.
