Everything was very clean and the breakfast was good. The only downside was the parking fee.

Clean and great breakfast with quick check‑in and check‑out. We shouldn’t have to pay for parking; I’m a platinum member and didn’t expect to pay to park.

Spacious rooms, clean and friendly staff. The windows can’t open to ventilate the room.

Breakfast was decent, as you’d expect from a Holiday Inn Express: eggs, home fries, sausage links, cereal, muffins, and the like. The location was excellent, right off I‑81, and the coffee was improved with fresh ground from new machines. The entire staff was very pleasant and eager to help in all areas. Nothing else bothered me; they’re doing a very good job accommodating guests.

Everything was very good, but there was a power outage. Luckily we were on the first floor, so getting up was easier. However, the hotel is quite basic and as expected—no special touches—and the breakfast was very sparse. We had a power outage, so the elevator was out all day and evening, and the breakfast was frankly not very interesting.
