Nothing. 1.The reception person behaviour 2.The wi-fi connection is not good, and for office use it's not the right place. they had wifi router in front of my room but no use there is no signal 3.The toiletries are not provided properly. Overall I will not recommend it for an office going person for meeting,etc , or couples

The location suited my needs since I work in Bommassandra, Electronic City area. Breakfast could have been better; the kettle was old with rust inside and the toilet flush was leaking.

My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some aspects standing out positively and others leaving room for improvement. The cozy rooms, cleanliness, and polite staff were definite highlights, while the delicious food was also a treat. However, I was disappointed to find that room service was not available after 10 pm, and the Smart TVs in the rooms were not functional. Additionally, guests had to dine downstairs, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful nature of the staff at this hotel, who were always available to assist us whenever we needed something. However, I was taken aback by the listed price of the hotel, which seemed quite steep considering the amenities and services offered.

My stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, with a clean room and friendly staff being notable positives. However, I was disappointed to find that rooms facing the road were quite noisy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
