How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The personal service was top, the facilities were great, and the staff were already on “du” which made us feel even more at home. The “Sturmrun” during meal times was annoying, but because space was limited we were forced to participate – otherwise the seating arrangement would have been less smooth. When the weather doesn’t cooperate, there are no outdoor seating options. The sauces at meals could be improved; they didn’t live up to the hotel’s standard.

Friendly staff, nice accommodation, good location. The wellness area was far too small for the number of guests. With 140 beds and a similar guest count, only 15 loungers were available in the relaxation room.

The hotel is very nice and the location is top. The bar drinks are considerably overpriced. At dinner it’s almost impossible to get a table for two – we had to move to the extra room and pay a bottle of wine every evening.

Hotel Robinson in Fieberbrunn offers a fantastic, quiet starting point close to hiking trails and the mountain railway. The daily program impresses with dedicated local mountain guides, a variety of sports, and varied evenings. Practical: just pack a lunch for the road. Bike tours are great – renting an e‑bike (about 60–80 €/day) is worthwhile. The food is also impressive with a very good, varied selection. Perfect for active relaxation! Two great tips for future guests: 1. Preparation: download the Robinson app before the trip, check the daily program, and get excited for the holiday from home. 2. Theme parties: definitely pack the right outfit for the themed evenings (e.g., Dirndl, all white, super chic or black‑gold) – it’s a lot of fun! THANK YOU! YOU are a great TEAM!!!
