The sheets and towels were clean, but the staff were terrible. The upgraded room had only a small vent instead of a window and the floor was badly worn. The rooftop pool was tiny. Breakfast might be acceptable in Vietnam, but for a two‑star hotel on Phu Quoc it was far below standard.

I had a very positive experience at this hotel, which offered a convenient location close to the city center and the beach, making it easy to get around and enjoy the local attractions. Everything about my stay was satisfactory, and I was pleased with the hotel's overall quality and service.

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of my room, the comfortable bed, and the daily housekeeping. The hotel also provided a safe, which was a nice touch. However, I was a bit disappointed with the fridge, which didn't work, and the small window. Additionally, I didn't appreciate the need to leave a deposit, which was a significant drawback.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel's decision to upgrade my room for free, allowing me to check in early. The location was also more central than I expected, and I enjoyed having breakfast on the small balcony. The staff also replenished my water daily, which was a thoughtful touch. However, I did experience some issues with the hotel, including a shortage of towels, no seating or drying facilities on the balcony, outdated photos of the pool, and worn-out rooms with poorly utilized space.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel, where the beautifully furnished and clean room was unfortunately compromised by the lack of soundproofing, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the loud music and yelling from outside. The breakfast was a letdown, with stale bread, tasteless fruit, and a confusing spread of food that seemed to cater more to Russian guests than others.
